Her extensive background spans high school Spanish instruction, track and basketball coaching, and a decade of impactful administrative roles, from assistant principal to academic dean and middle school principal. Osana has completed one year at the remarkable ESC Region 20 as a leadership consultant empowering administrators with fresh persepectives, tailored strategies to help support student outcomes.
