This session introduces participants to the LIFT Coaching Framework by establishing a clear understanding of its purpose, structure, and intended impact. Participants will explore each of the six steps in depth, gaining insight into how the framework supports meaningful coaching conversations, growth, and accountability. The session will also distinguish what the LIFT Coaching Framework is—and what it is not—helping participants align expectations and apply the model effectively. Finally, the session will provide a preview of upcoming learning and application opportunities, setting the stage for continued development and practical implementation.

The 2026–2027 school year brings a significant policy shift in how emergent bilingual students are described and supported — and as instructional consultants, we are the bridge between that change and the educators who need to act on it.
This focused 75-minute session builds the shared foundation our team needs to lead with clarity and confidence. We’ll examine what changed in the new ELPS and Proficiency Level Descriptors and what it means for the K–12 educators we support across content areas. Participants leave with a working understanding of the key shifts, a shared language, and the readiness to move campuses from awareness to action.

In today’s classrooms, the widest gap is not between students; it’s between what we could differentiate and what we actually implement. This session equips instructional leaders with a coherent, system-level approach to differentiation that simultaneously supports Emergent Bilinguals, students with learning differences, and Gifted/Talented learners.Participants will engage in a fast-paced, application-driven experience using AI tools to analyze content, generate aligned supports, and design tiered learning pathways. By leveraging NotebookLM for content synthesis and TeachShare for real-time differentiation, leaders will leave with replicable systems that reduce teacher workload while increasing rigor, access, and responsiveness.Move beyond generic strategies into precise, tangible differentiation that works in dual language, ESL, inclusion, and GT contexts.

In this hands-on session, participants will follow a step-by-step demonstration to quickly pull and interpret key instructional reports in DMAC and Eduphoria, uncover data trends, and identify next steps.
Walk away with practical strategies and the confidence to pull data reports that support administrators and teachers in boosting student performance on STAAR.
